The 7 Key Practices Student Toolkit is a Baltimore City Public Schools’ Office of College and Career Readiness publication. This publication serves as the “go-to” resource for City School students to be used beginning in 8th grade and throughout high school, and its purpose is to lead students, ultimately, toward postsecondary success. The publication project was led by Rudy Ruiz, Executive Director, Office of College and Career Readiness, with April Bell, Director, College Readiness, serving as the lead project manager.
